Position Summary
Do you have good communication and organization skills and want to work in the World's largest Food and Beverage Company?
 
We are looking for a dynamic individual, with fresh new ideas, pragmatic team player with previous experience in recruitment process of manufacturing positions to join our Factory team in Sofia at the position of: Talent Acquisition Specialist. 

 

A day in the life of Talents Acquisition Specialist ….

 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and analyze the staffing needs, position specifications and search criteria;
  • Create and post job announcements both internally and externally across multiple job channels;
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidates and keep them updated on the status of their applications;
  • Organize newcomers onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company;
  • Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events to attract and engage potential candidates;
  • Be an effective ambassador of the company to all potential candidates and third parties;
  • Perform additional administrative duties and participate in various HR projects.

 

 

What will make you successful ….

 

  • Previous experience in recruitment process, preferably in manufacturing environment;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects at once;
  • Experience in Success Factors will be considered as an advantage;
  • Good English literacy (min B2) and knowledge of MS Office;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytic skills, team player
