Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Administrator to manage and optimize the tools and platforms our employees use daily. The ideal candidate will ensure these systems are secure, efficient, and user-friendly, enabling seamless collaboration and productivity. If you excel in managing IT workstations, supporting users, and implementing security best practices, we'd love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management:

  • Manage and configure IT workstations, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, leveraging AMS+ methodologies to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure availability and performance of workstation systems through regular maintenance, updates, and AMS+ practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for IT queries.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and tools.
  • Document processes and create user guides to assist employees.
  • Operate system management and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft System Center, Intune).
  • Manage and maintain the printing environment.
  • Select IT components to meet organizational needs.

Security Management:

  • Implement security policies and best practices to ensure data security.

General Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain operational documentation.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support.
  • Participate in on-call duties for 1st level support.

Requirements & Key Skills:

  • Education: Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable education.
  • Experience: 3+ years in workplace services, preferably within international corporations.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in managing IT workstations, digital tools, and system management solutions.
  • Global Perspective: International mindset with experience working in geographically distributed teams.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to handle rapidly changing business priorities, processes, or technologies.
  • Communication: Strong collaboration and documentation skills; ability to create user-friendly guides.
  • German proficiency is an advantage.
