Your Job

Guardian Glass is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for the AME region to join our glass manufacturing plant in Al Jubail.

What You Will Do

  • Selling remotely from within an office-based environment, rather than relying on in-person sales for our segmented bronze customer in AME & Growing the sales of the full range of Guardian products.
  • Efficient planning and forecasting considering plants capabilities and market demand as a key input to achieve and exceed business plan and satisfy customer needs and expectations on a timely basis.
  • Support forecast maintenance in Kinaxis with the commercial team
  • Seek & proactively share market insight –Trend/Customer insight/Market/Product Application
  • Effective communication internally within the team and colleagues, and externally with customers, regarding any transformation activities, changes in customer behavior, market trends, needs and expectations.
  • Maintain and expand our market share and customer data base by working closely with the customer to help better understand his needs, meet or exceed his expectations through our quality products, service and support, and thus becoming a preferred supplier and partner.
  • Focusing on the new Guardian principles aligned with PBM culture


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience is a must, preferably in the industrial or construction sectors.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Negotiation Skills & Active Listening
  • Outstanding organizational skills demonstrated by the handling of multiple challenges and tasks with a strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving/critical thinking skills as well as the utilization of economic thinking analysis
  • Strong M-office skills with the ability to create relevant reports and perform effective analysis of data
  • Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM/ Customer Portal systems and practices is a plus
