Overview:
Blackhawk Network is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline. In this position, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective customers, conducting cold calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and gather relevant information for assigned products. You will also respond to and qualify inbound leads, directly impacting our sales efforts. As part of your responsibilities, you will answer customer inquiries, provide product literature, and direct qualified leads to the inside sales or field sales teams for closure. Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, Drift chats and inquiries via contact forms, qualifying leads based on criteria outlined
- Qualify inbound leads to build a robust pipeline for Business Development Managers
- Articulate the value proposition of Blackhawk Network’s comprehensive suite of solutions to prospective leads
- Highlight the value Blackhawk Network brings to organizations by addressing the pain points of prospective customers
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and gather feedback on outcome of initial meeting
- Establish trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize CRM and SalesLoft for accurate activity recording and lead acceptance management
- Expertly use sales technology to personalize communications and maximize outreach success
- Collaborate on best practices, meet and exceed KPIs
Qualifications:
- +1 years of experience in a B2B sales or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and respond to high volume of leads in a timely manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure thorough lead management and follow-up
- Results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SalesLoft, Drift, Gong
- College degree preferred
- Experience in Payments, Incentives, Loyalty, or Financial Technology is a plus
Benefits:
Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $19.05/Hr. to $24.31/Hr.
Salary Range for California Residents Only: $28.24/Hr. to $36.41/Hr.
