What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• If you can explore and implement Generative AI solutions, develop use cases, and integrate Gen AI models into analytical workflows to enhance decision-making and innovation,
• If you can contribute to end-to-end advanced analytical projects that transform data into valuable insights,
• If you can create data models that aggregate data from various sources, prepare and analyze data to meet specific needs, and develop insightful reports and dashboards,
• If you can conduct research on new technologies and products and develop prototypes,
• If you are actively engaged in data analytics projects and are prepared to develop, monitor, and refine advanced analytical models to adapt to changing conditions,
• If you are adept at investigating analytical opportunities, flagging potential issues, and proposing creative solutions,
• If you are eager to contribute to the growth and development of our analytical ecosystem.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) in Data Analytics are preferred,
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience,
• If you possess knowledge and experience in Statistics, Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms,
• If you possess knowledge and experience with Large Language Models and developing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) based solutions or fine-tuning on LLM,
• If you possess knowledge and experience in developing basic web applications or APIs to deploy ML/DL/LLM models using Dash, Flask, JavaScript and React,
• If you have experience in fine-tuning Generative AI models for specific business needs and optimizing their performance,
• If you possess knowledge and experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS,
• If you are proficient in using Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow etc.), SQL and data modeling, for Data Analytics projects,
• If you enjoy analytical thinking and research, are curious about new technologies, and have a strong desire to learn,
• If you are prone to teamwork and interpersonal abilities,
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
