Position: Junior Procurement Associate - Lebanon

Azurreo is looking for a Junior Procurement Associate to join our team in Lebanon. This is a full-time position for individuals with a foundational background in procurement who are eager to grow within a supportive, international environment.

Tasks

  • Assist in Procurement Activities: Support the procurement team in acquiring goods and services essential for the company’s operations.
  • Supplier Coordination: Help maintain communication with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Update procurement databases, track purchases, and generate reports.
  • Document Handling: Organize and manage procurement documentation, including contracts and purchase orders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.


Requirements

  • Education: A university degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Personal Qualities: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
