The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


As an Analyst in Logistics Procurement, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Assist leading logistics modal category responsibilities (LTL, TL, parcel, global ocean, global air, warehousing, etc.).  These activities will include, but not be limited to, the identification, qualification, and negotiation with suppliers and their contracts.
  • Assist developing and executing the strategic procurement vision while driving innovation and continuous improvement with the Logistics supply base.
  • Supporting, and actively participating in, the global Procurement and Logistics Operations team.
  • Oversight of financial metrics (including forecasting) for category Headwinds, Tailwinds, Cost Avoidance, and Projects.
  • Stay abreast of current market intelligence across all modes of transport.

Your Skills and Expertise 


To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of 5 years of related supply chain experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience related to logistics or transportation procurement
  • Experience in contract and supplier management in a Procurement environment
  • Strong data analysis (including Excel spreadsheets), negotiating, and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated in ambiguous and autonomous role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive, organized, and detail oriented

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in a business or industry related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Must speak and write fluent English
  • Candidate with fluent Japanaese much preferred

Work location:

  • Remote and hybrid
  • Japan/Korea/China/Singapore all accepted

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic and/or international
