With our Client - one of the world’s largest international banks, operating in over 60 countries and providing a wide range of financial services, including corporate, investment, and retail banking, as well as wealth management, we are looking for Business Analyst with QA experience.

salary: 130-160 PLN+VAT/h

work model: 100% remote or hybrid from Cracow

Requirements

Must have:

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Experience with testing processes, particularly in validating technical solutions or models.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience participating in Agile workflows.
• A proactive attitude towards identifying and solving problems collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing models and tools, though technical expertise in Python is not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers to test and validate Python-based models on company servers (Python proficiency not required, but familiarity is a plus).
• Conduct hands-on testing of models, identify bugs, and document issues for resolution.
• Gather and refine requirements for development tasks, ensuring clarity and feasibility for the technical team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable tasks, and prioritize requests effectively.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices, ensuring smooth sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Utilize tools such as Confluence and Jira for documentation, task management, and communication.
• Provide insights and feedback to ensure the continuous improvement of models and processes.
• Ensure alignment with business goals while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
