Job description

Hiring 20 PART TIME Remote Call Center Representatives for a 3-4 month Contract Assignment with TEKsystems!

EQUIPMENT NOT PROVIDED - MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP/COMPUTER & HEADSET!

Job Details

  • Will handle inbound and outbound calls anywhere from 100-300 phone calls daily on an autodialer
  • Handle inbound, outbound, and email communication.
  • The rep will contact shareholders to inform them that the information they received asking them to vote is not accurate.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Equipment NOT provided - Must have own equipment – laptop/computer and headset (Windows 10/11 only)


Other Details

  • Schedule: 6pm-11pm EST Monday-Thursday & Saturday 12pm-6pm EST (30 unpaid lunch) = 26 hours without OT
  • Start Dates: 2/8, 2/15, & 2/22
  • Contract position through May (potential for extension)
