Job description

Horizon Tech is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Manager with a strong background in the apparel and screen printing industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the apparel and screen printing industry, including decoration processes such as embroidery, DTF, and screen printing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales representatives with order processing in Printavo, our quote system.
  • Support clients through quoting, ensuring accurate and timely responses to all inquiries.
  • Engage with clients to clarify order details, quotes, and decoration specifications, and follow up on any outstanding questions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and sales reps, ensuring seamless communication and high customer service.
  • Generate new business leads and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order process, from quotes to production.
  • Become proficient in Printavo (if not already), mastering the system to manage quotes, orders, and client communication effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the screen printing/custom apparel industry, with knowledge of various decoration techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage clients and respond to their needs professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in order processing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and support sales growth.
  • Experience using Printavo or willingness to become proficient in the system.
  • While the role is remote, the candidate's accent must be clear and professional, and they have effective communication skills to ensure smooth interactions with clients and team members.

Other Details:

  • Job Timings: Night shift following US Time Zone.
  • Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
  • Remote Working: In the case of the remote, a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup) will be arranged by the candidate.
