Territory Manager Arthroplasty
Location: Dubai, UAE

Overview:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales of the Joint Replacement portfolio within the designated territory, covering Dubai and the surrounding region. This role focuses on targeting and planning activities for strategic accounts while maintaining a high level of technical and clinical knowledge to support surgeons and healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include providing in-theatre support during joint replacement procedures, delivering training to hospital staff, and organizing educational workshops to promote excellence and innovation in arthroplasty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth of the Arthroplasty portfolio by targeting strategic accounts and building relationships with key decision-makers to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical and clinical knowledge of arthroplasty products to act as a trusted specialist for internal teams and external customers.
  • Provide in-theatre support to surgeons during joint replacement procedures, ensuring optimal product usage and successful patient outcomes.
  • Train surgeons, surgical trainees, and theatre staff on the correct use of arthroplasty products, including implants and instruments, to ensure confidence and proficiency in their application.
  • Plan and facilitate cadaveric and workshop training sessions to enhance surgeon education and familiarity with arthroplasty solutions, focusing on best practices and product innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Sales Director to support internal training initiatives and represent the company at local, regional, and national conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by providing ongoing support, product updates, and resolving any clinical or technical inquiries.
  • Ensure all sales and administrative processes, including ordering, consignment management, and workshop coordination, are completed in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in biomedical sciences, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in orthopaedics, particularly in the arthroplasty segment (e.g., hip and knee replacements), with a strong understanding of surgical workflows and environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders across hospital and business settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs and educational workshops.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance sales objectives and customer education priorities effectively.
