Job Description:

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. The Contracts Manager will play a crucial role in the development and administration of construction contracts for new and existing venues across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management within the construction industry, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the protection of the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of construction contracts, from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Review and interpret contract terms and conditions to provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

  • Document Control:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date contract documentation, including amendments, change orders, and correspondence, keeping a centralized document management system.

  • Contractual Risk Mitigation:

  • Identify and assess potential risks within contracts, working collaboratively with legal and project management teams to develop strategies for risk mitigation.

  • Negotiation Support:

  • Provide support during contract negotiations, offering insights and assistance in securing favorable terms while safeguarding the company's interests.

  • Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders, external partners, and contractors to ensure alignment on contract terms and project requirements.

  • Compliance Monitoring:

  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Issue Resolution:

  • Address and resolve contract-related issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find practical and mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in the review and enhancement of contract administration processes, contributing to the development of best practices and efficiency improvements.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Familiarity with construction contract terms, legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in contract administration
