We are a mobile IV therapy company offering in-home hydration and wellness treatments for hangovers, migraines, cold/flu symptoms, jet lag, and more. Our expert medical team delivers customized IV infusions within 30–60 minutes in the comfort of clients’ homes, hotels, or offices. Operating in 60+ cities worldwide, we have a network of over 300 skilled nurses.

Role: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

We are seeking a skilled TPM to lead cross-functional technical programs, align initiatives with business goals, and ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with teams across Project Management, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and more to streamline execution, mitigate risks, and deliver results on time.

Key Responsibilities

Prioritization: Align technical projects with business goals, balancing competing priorities

Planning & Execution: Create and manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track progress

Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively

Technical Expertise: Guide technical discussions and design reviews to ensure scalable and secure solutions

Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates on project status and outcomes

Process Improvement: Streamline workflows and promote best practices

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred

- 3–6+ years in technical program management, with experience in multi-team environments

- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and technical architecture

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor

- Highly motivated and organized

- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication

- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- High-quality noise-canceling headset

- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet

- High-speed computer with a working webcam must also have a backup computer

- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Technical background in software development

- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or operational workflows

- Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master)
