Job description

We are currently hiring a Supervisor - Customer Service to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! 

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ.

You will have the opportunity to mentor and motivate members of your team to achieve performance goals while modeling the same behaviors. 

 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: 

  • Train team members on effective customer interaction methods 

  • Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction. 

  • Motivate team members to achieve desired results 

  • Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team 

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls 

  • Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service 

  • Manage and accurately document account details 

 

YOU’LL BRING: 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus 

  • Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
