Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content. You will work with 360-degree photos, videos, Matterport models, still images, and CGI assets, ensuring each meets our client's standards and customer specifications. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to manage content workflows and contribute to process improvements.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 3pm - 11pm or 4pm - 12am (2 times a week)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Processing and Editing:
- Enhance 360-degree photos with HDR, stitching, and color correction.
- Prepare Matterport 3D models with clean scan points, highlight reels, and interactive tags.
- Ensure images, videos, and models meet customer expectations and company standards.
- Edit and polish videos with expert cropping, color grading, and audio cleanup.
- Create professional visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
CGI Project Management:
- Coordinate CGI content production with vendors and internal teams.
- Review drafts, provide detailed feedback, and ensure final assets meet quality expectations.
- Manage timelines and deliverables, keeping communication clear and projects on track.
Digital Asset Management:
- Organize and maintain all multimedia assets, ensuring accessibility for team members.
- Assist with publishing completed assets to the TrueTour platform and other delivery systems.
- Support workflows to keep projects efficient and on schedule.
Process Improvement:
- Update SOPs to enhance production consistency and efficiency.
- Contribute to R&D efforts by testing and recommending new tools and techniques.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in multimedia production, including video editing, photography, or CGI management.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards across a variety of content types.
- Experience managing content workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Matterport) or CGI workflows.
