At Heartland, we're all about using cutting-edge technology to make running a restaurant or retail store a breeze. And we're looking for a Territory Sales Manager who's just as passionate as we are about bringing our SaaS, tech, and software solutions to businesses in the area.
As our Territory Sales Manager, you'll be the ultimate sales ninja, responsible for driving revenue growth and net new business while also building and leading a team of sales professionals. You'll use your Jedi-level consultative skills to work closely with your Division Manager and set appointments with business owners through every channel possible - phone, face-to-face, referral partnerships, and even telepathy if you've got the skills. Then you'll use the force (and Heartland Payments) to close sales in our target vertical markets, like restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, and salons.
Don't worry if you're not yet a Jedi Master of sales - during your training and ramp-up period, your Division Manager will be your Yoda, accompanying you on your initial appointments to teach you the ways of the short-cycle sales process using our groundbreaking tablet-based CRM platform, Atlas. Plus, you'll be mentoring and coaching a team of Relationship Managers to help them become sales jedis themselves.
Compensation for this role is based on performance, and you’ll enjoy aggressive weekly commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership as you meet and exceed your targets.
But this job isn't just about making sales - it's also about building a team that's passionate about our mission to make life easier for restaurant and retail owners. So if you're a charismatic and passionate leader who's excited about the power of technology to transform businesses, we want to hear from you!
