Project Manager

InMotion Hosting is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional efforts to meet and exceed strategic company goals. In this role, you will oversee simultaneous short-term and long-term projects that include software licensing, customer communication platforms, and infrastructure initiatives among other areas. 

What You’ll Do:

• Develop project plans to include scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management for company projects while understanding the impact of technical requirements, potential challenges, and industry-specific opportunities that influence project timelines and goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Development, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Calculate ROI, evaluate unit economics, and assess the true cost of projects to guide business decisions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met within deadlines and budget constraints.

• Mentor team members in the organization on proper project management principles and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in the web hosting, IT, or software industry. 
• Experience working closely with highly technical Operations, Development, and Engineering teams. 
• Familiarity with software licensing, productivity tools, customer communication software, and contact center platforms.  
• Demonstrated experience prioritizing project goals and distributing resources to align with strategic business needs. 
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills to handle multiple and competing activities simultaneously. 
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
