What you can expect when joining the team

At the heart of the Medical Billing team, you'll join a team responsible for completing our customers' entire medical billing cycle. You'll participate in team tasks, while also having full responsibility for certain files.

Your daily life

In your day to day, you will be led to:

·       Conduct data entry for billing claims accurately and efficiently;

·       Provide dedicated follow-up and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly;

·       Code diagnostic codes with precision and attention to detail;

·       Perform reconciliation of claims to ensure accuracy and completeness;

·       Handle data entry tasks for both paper and electronic submissions with diligence;

·       Assist with marketing administration and provide support where needed.
