Job Summary
Locate and pinpoint leaks by means of utilizing the appropriate detection methodology and equipment. Collect data to support the development team. Support on-site with demonstrations and training on technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Deploy/collect sensors
- Conduct survey work and accurate leak pinpointing
- Data Collection (flow, pressure, acoustic)
- Compile and Conduct Risk assessments
- Travel to client sites/excavations
- Support On boarding with on-site demonstrations of technology
- Understand Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to commencing work
- Ensure all work is carried out within SLA metrics
- Oversee the work tasks of Deployment Specialists and provided guidance as needed
Job Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with leak detection methodologies
- Experience with utilizing a variety of detection equipment (Electronic listening stick, Ground microphone and Correlator as a minimum)
- Experience with using a variety of logging equipment to collect flow, pressure and acoustic data
- Experience with completing risk assessments
- Results Driven/Detail- Oriented
- Strong Work Ethic/Self-starter
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to interact with modern computer systems, and accessorial applications such as MS Excel, MSWord, Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency or ability to meet deadlines
- Training/Qualifications related to water hygiene preferred
- SHEA training preferred
- Supervisory experience a plus
- High School Diploma / GED required
Work Requirements (Travel %, Safety Equipment, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to travel 50%-75%
- Check and maintain PPE, vehicle standards and other equipment
- Comply with all Company policies and PPE requirements at all times
- Ensure timely delivery of projects to Company standards
- Must be able lift/carry 20 lbs.
