We have a current opening for a US Labeling Project Manager experience within our North American team.

Requirements
Main Purpose
Project management of the development and localization of final packaging and labelling deliverables.
Main Responsibilities
- Client - Facing Project Management, effectively lead artwork projects from start to final delivery, delegating project work and tracking to completion, ensuring all labeling timelines are met, attend client/project meetings
- Manage capacity and delegate project work to assigned project coordinators, specialists, and coordinate activities with project team members according to defined scope, budget, and timeline
- Act as interface with clients on project kick-offs, status, reviews, meetings, and escalation of issues; collaborates closely with external cross-functional team members
- As responsible for the final quality of the deliverables, communicate quality issues, process deviations and risks to management
- Attends client meetings and communicates project needs back to labelling team, acts as the liaison between non client facing team members.
- Air Table Pre-Production Tracker: Creation and Tracking of all project related tasks, responsible for creating task deadlines- assignment of & delegating tasks. Ensures all dates are met as set forth in pre-prod
- Responsible for Project Manager Training Manual, labelling project timelines,
- Works in Client systems and is directly responsible for all labelling needs of the client - responsible for all Project Related Tasks - Final Documentation and capturing needed approvals in Master Control or daVinci
- Facilitate Final Delivery of all Artwork in Client Repository
Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a related field
Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant medical device or pharmaceutical labelling and project management experience
- Digital Solutions Labeling – knowledge of Digital Labeling with a focus on Mobile applications and Web Software Development Labeling files . Paper Labeling experience also applicable.
- Medical device documentation development activities
- Ability to develop project plans and schedules, track that team is making deadlines.
- Experience working with Language Services Providers or hands on experience with localized/foreign languages
- Work under pressure, excellent multi-tasker, attention to detail, organization skills
- Endurance and tenacity to work on complex, detailed projects through completion
- Leadership Skills
- Client Facing- ability to understand the client needs, build strong client relationships
- MasterControl, Artwork Management Systems (AMS), Document Management Systems (DMS)
- MS Project, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat

Salary base range for this position is between $75K to $85K, dependent upon experience and physical location. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the base salary.
