About Us

Guidewheel is on a mission to empower factories worldwide to reach sustainable peak performance. Our plug-and-play FactoryOps platform connects to any machine, turning its real-time data into actionable insights that drive performance improvements across the factory floor. By enabling factories to reduce lost production time, increase throughput, and improve over time, we're transforming the backbone of the global economy.

With strong momentum, investor backing, and a culture that values diversity, growth mindset, and results, Guidewheel is positioned for rapid growth. As we continue expanding, we're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to help scale our efforts and drive engagement with both new and existing customers.

The Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Guidewheel, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing our growth strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You’ll focus on building and executing demand generation campaigns, driving customer engagement, and optimizing the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for experimenting with new growth channels, scaling existing programs, and ultimately contributing to Guidewheel’s success in becoming the leading platform for factory optimization.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will bring an intrinsic understanding of the needs and motivations of B2B customers, especially within the manufacturing space, to drive repeatable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute demand generation strategies targeted at manufacturers and factory operations, focusing on long-term, scalable growth.
  • Full-Funnel Campaign Execution: Design and implement marketing campaigns that address the entire customer journey—from awareness through to activation and retention.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Lead the development and execution of customer lifecycle programs in close collaboration with Customer Success, ensuring our customers gain maximum value from our platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on messaging, identify opportunities, and amplify product launches.
  • Channel Experimentation: Explore and optimize various marketing channels (paid, content, email, etc.) to engage and convert our target audience, including manufacturers and factory teams.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics, continually refining strategies and tactics to improve customer acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the Sales team by ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads, facilitating smooth transitions from marketing to sales.
  • Customer Engagement & Education: Manage and enhance our FactoryOps Champion program and other customer engagement initiatives, fostering community-building and customer loyalty.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing—ideally in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, or fintech environments.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring execution with high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working across teams—particularly with Sales, Product, and Customer Success—to drive alignment and success.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Customer-Centric: A deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and motivators, with the ability to build marketing programs that engage, educate, and drive adoption.
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. You are comfortable with ambiguity and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Tools: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Bonus if you have experience with tools like Mixpanel or customer data platforms.
Ideal Traits
  • Curiosity: You are constantly looking for new ways to reach, engage, and delight customers.
  • Resilience: You are unfazed by challenges and setbacks and use them as learning opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of projects and deliver impactful results.
  • Collaboration: You can seamlessly work across departments and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
What Success Looks Like
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Successfully driving customer adoption and engagement, ultimately improving our NPS and retention rates.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Building and scaling acquisition programs that contribute to measurable growth in qualified leads and conversions.
  • Growth & Expansion: Helping customers expand their use of Guidewheel, contributing to increased revenue and deeper customer relationships.
What’s In It For You?
  • Impact: You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Guidewheel, influencing how we engage with and support customers.
  • Career Growth: As Guidewheel scales, so will your opportunities. There’s significant potential for growth into leadership roles as we expand our marketing function.
  • Work Environment: Guidewheel is a remote-first company, meaning you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a talented team across North America.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of $130,000 - $150,000, plus equity (0.01%-0.03%) and other benefits.
