Overview:

As a Senior Sales Executive, Strategic Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with our largest multinational clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to identify, pursue, and close complex sales opportunities. Your exceptional relationship-building skills, combined with a deep understanding of our solutions and the global market, will enable you to exceed sales quotas and position our company as a trusted advisor to the executive suite.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue and market share within assigned accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the C-suite level, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Sales Execution: Identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities, often involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy sales cycles. Build and deliver impactful sales presentations with customers, both in person and virtual.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively generate, manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and uncover emerging markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, partner & alliance, product, operations and customer success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline health.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in complex sales environments, preferably in the employment screening sector.
  • Deep understanding of strategic sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive and dynamic environment.

Experience: 

  • Minimum eight years’ experience in enterprise level field sales position.
  • Knowledge of employment screening industry and legislation relating to employment screening, data protection and security would be desirable. Alternatively, a background in HR or the Recruitment sector would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated record of success in selling or implementing complex business process solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced cross functional environment.
  • Hands-on experience documenting customer needs and requirements. (e.g., proposals, Statements of Work or Product Requirements documents.
