Was Dich erwartet

Ansprechpartner*in Nr. 1 in E-Commerce Shop-Projekten:

  • Koordination des Anforderungsmanagement mit Neukunden (z. B. in Workshops oder per Lastenheft)

  • Auswahl und Zusammenstellung passender Projektteams

  • Ressourcenplanung und permanentes Projektcontrolling (Time / Budget)

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Kunden und Stakeholdermanagement

  • Du führst Impediment Logs, managest Change Requests, dokumentierst Entscheidungen sowie deren Auswirkungen nachhaltig und erstellst Forecasts

  • Abstimmung intern mit anderen Projektleitern und Account Managern sowie Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern (z.B. Agenturen, Hostern, ERP-Anbietern)

  • Mitarbeit an der projektübergreifenden Weiterentwicklung der Projekt- und Support-Prozesse

  • Du brennst für unsere Mission: "To shape companies for the future of commerce"
