Job role

The GIM Senior Expert will be responsible for the notification and support of the GHFC in the event of a DORA Major ICT-related incident, as classified as major by Operating Entities (OEs). This role is responsible for data validation for classified DORA Major ICT-related incidents and maintaining consistent reporting to the regulators by the OEs.

What you will do

  • Monitoring: Observation ("eyes on glass") of the Incident Management Consolidation Tool (IMCT)during assigned shifts to identify any pre-classified major ICT-related incidents.
  • Data Validation: Validate data for classified DORA Major ICT-related incidents to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness.
  • Notification and Support: Ensure timely notification and support of the GHFC in the event of a DORA Major ICT-related incident, as classified by OEs.
  • Incident Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate incident response efforts and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on incidents, including actions taken, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Consistency Checks: Perform consistency checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of incident reports to the regulators and classifications across multiple OEs.
  • Reporting: Support the preparation and delivery of incident reports to the Group Board of Management (BoM), ensuring all relevant information is included and presented clearly.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and insights on incident management efforts.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in incident management, crisis response, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with DORA regulations and requirements would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of incident response protocols.
