Job description

Role: Governance Support Approvals Analyst
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Hours: US Time
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in Mexico)
*(Preferance for consultant to be able to visit the office in Mexico city upon request)

Responsibilities:

Operate approval processes which will be utilized by various sales teams and cross-functional teams, to ensure that deals are operating within compliance of established governance models
Operate and maintain technical approval mechanisms within Smartsheets (intake, approval matrixes, systems of record, contracting mechanisms), and be able to triage and provide technical resolution
Proactively flag process blockers or tooling bugs to Governance Lead(s), and provide immediate tooling triage as necessary
Understand the business and technical requirements behind our policies, and be able to advise Governance Lead(s) on process/policy improvements
Collaborate with and provide insights and reporting to cross functional teams (legal, billing, pricing etc.)
Partner with and support Governance Lead(s) on general governance-related activities
performing repetitive, manual tasks

Must Haves:

3+ years of experience in a sales operations support role in a tech environment
Experience operating sales approval processes
Approval tooling experience, specifically proficiency with Smartsheets
Salesforce Case experience
A proven track record in successfully owning and delivering manual and automated processes
Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Sound business judgment and a proven track record of taking ownership
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced function
Bachelor's Degree
