We are looking for a Manager, FP&A to perform analytical and reporting tasks, primarily financial in nature, for all Company activities that will assist management, investors, and other key stakeholders in making educated economic decisions about the Company's future.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the monthly rolling forecast, monthly actual reporting and analysis, annual operating plan, and strategic plan processes. Provide variance analysis and determine cause of change. Scope includes multi-period Strategic Business Plan, Profit and Loss (P&L), balance sheet and cash flow statementsDevelop and continuously improve key financial metrics and analysis to support the unique and changing needs of the functions supportedDevelop and collaborate with Studio & Data Science teams on long range, annual and quarterly forecastsLead financial reviews with budget owners to develop annual plans and subsequent forecast updatesLive in our Adaptive Insights instance every day with the goal of helping us transition as many of our models away from spreadsheets as possibleProvide support for quarterly and annual audit reviews.Be a pivotal lead in M&A deals and adIdentify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processesPrepare and hold business reviews for Jam City's leadership team with clear and actionable presentation materialsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CPA preferred5-8 years of experience in FP&A, or other relevant FP&A fieldsProactive, analytical thinker with the ability to complete tasks on time.Exceptional knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.Oracle Essbase/Smartview and Adaptive Insights experience strongly preferred.Must be able to work independently.High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientationSuperior interpersonal and communication skills.NICE TO HAVEM&A Experience Audit / Big 4 ExperienceBanking Experience Fast-paced, technology industry backgroundLocal to Southern CA CHECK OUT LIFE AS A JAM CITIZEN:
