Job description

We are are looking for a Middle Go Developer to join our Core Team and help us build and scale our innovative B2B platform, zendit.io.

zendit.io is a modern, fast-growing B2B service that offers a diverse range of solutions, including MTU, eGifts, eSIMs, and more. Our mission is to simplify and enhance digital transactions for businesses worldwide through robust and scalable technology.

At IDT you will:

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services that support zendit.io's platform.

Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.

Ensure the security and integrity of all applications and systems.

Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing.

We expect you to have:

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on production experience in Go (or another backend language).

Design Expertise: Solid understanding of modern design patterns (SOLID, DRY, KISS) and proven experience applying them.

System Design: Experience in designing and maintaining complex systems, with knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).

Microservices: Proficiency in building and working with microservices.

APIs: Hands-on experience with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL communication interfaces.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Databases: Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Messaging Systems: Experience with Kafka or similar messaging tools.

Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and visualization.

Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with Docker, Git, and version control best practices.

Containerization & Orchestration: Familiarity in Kubernetes for containerized applications and service orchestration.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

A good level of English – B1 or higher.

It would be a plus to have:

Experience in building sustainable event-driven systems from scratch.

Hands-on experience with AWS and AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).

Familiarity with CI/CD solutions like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
