Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end smart card production, from raw material procurement to final product shipping

• Develop and implement efficiency-improving systems and processes

• Lead technical encoding and cryptography initiatives

• Manage supplier relationships and international logistics

• Conduct product testing for leading technologies (HID, NXP, IFX)

• Oversee local IT infrastructure and technological implementations

• Drive innovation through continuous technology investigation and demonstration

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations, preferably in smart card, payment processing, or advanced manufacturing

• Strong background in cryptography and technical system development

• Proven track record of implementing operational improvements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with international teams
