Bits of your job:
Coordinate and/or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
Deliver group and individual instruction and training in a specified field
Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs
Develop a new onboarding system and provide training and guidance to newly hired employees. Research new teaching methods
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the training program, monitor the progress and track performance against targets.
Collaborate in the creation of a shared corporate culture of continuous improvement.
