The Position

As part of the Roche Services & Solutions Operational Compliance we  provide support to ensure that key operational activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, focusing on Healthcare Compliance Monitoring .

The opportunity


The Healthcare Compliance Monitoring Analyst is responsible for performing healthcare compliance monitoring activities on behalf of Local Compliance Officers. This role involves reviewing interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Organizations (HCP/HCO) based on a predefined checklist, documenting any policy violations or non-compliant behavior,  and presenting findings to Local Compliance Officers on a periodic basis. In this position you will focus on : 

  • Conducting scheduled healthcare compliance reviews by evaluating relevant documentation for HCP/HCO engagements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Documenting all compliance assessment results by completing/ updating documentation determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of tasks and milestones

  • Presenting findings to Local Compliance Officers on a periodic basis, including detailed analysis and compelling arguments to support identified issues

  • Preparing and delivering final quarterly compliance reports

  • Ensuring continuous monitoring and updating of the checklist based on industry codes, Roche Group Directives and local policies

  • Working collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve compliance documentations  (e.g. review manuals, return reason coding etc.).

 

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about their job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded and have a strong compliance mindset . Furthermore, you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Finance,  Accounting, Business, etc.) or a Master’s degree  in law is highly preferred

  • MBA, CIA or CPA certification is a plus

  • Minimum 2-3 years of  compliance area experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential compliance issues

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Fluent Hungarian, English and German language skills
