We are looking for a Junior Talent Operations Manager in Sao Paulo

What you will do

  • Help our Software Engineers to find new projects within AgileEngine;
  • Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
  • Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
  • Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.

Must haves

  • You worked or passed courses in IT Recruitment or HR;
  • 1+ years of prior experience in IT company;
  • Highly developed listening and communication skills;
  • You are an energetic, proactive, and very well-organized person;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and above;
  • Great attention to detail.

Nice to haves

  • You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
  • You have strong GTD skills.
