This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or from one of our many offices around the world.

What are the main responsibilities?

  • Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders through the recruitment process and empower them to make successful hires
  • Improve and advise on current recruitment 'best practice'
  • Lead end to end recruitment of roles; drafting adverts, sourcing, culture interviews and other recruitment activities.
  • Providing project management support for any recruitment based programs.
  • Proactive improvement of our employment brand in the market
  • Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders.
  • Manage our ATS platform end maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data

The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.

What skills and experience are required?

  • 1+ year in recruitment (must be in-house recruitment) 
  • High learning agility and the ability to work with stakeholders from around the globe
  • Passion for high growth companies and building a strong culture
  • Strong customer service orientation; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact
  • Highly-organised with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across time zones
  • Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including MS Office Suite, Google and HRIS/Recruitment platforms
