As a
Regional Service Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for leading a team of field service technicians in the North/East region. Together with your colleagues in technical service, you will enhance our customer service organization to meet our customers' needs. You will take on key responsibilities that are of great importance to the company, such as optimizing service processes and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work remotely.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- You lead the technical field service team in your region and handle all related administrative tasks
- You keep financial and quality-related objectives in sight and ensure their compliance
- You build the best team by developing your employees and actively seeking talent
- You coordinate critical customer issues and proactively drive solutions
- You ensure intensive and proactive communication with all departments and lead by example
- You actively contribute to the service management team and take responsibility for projects
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Willingness to travel up to 2 days per week (overnight stays required)
- A completed technical degree or a technical vocational training with relevant development
- Additional commercial knowledge is desirable
- 3 to 5 years of experience in developing and implementing service strategies
- Experience in a leadership position in field service management, technical management, or operational management
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
