Responsible for execution and delivery of critical workplace technologies across a diverse landscape. As a pivotal thought leader, leveraging deep expertise in workplace technologies to execute on the modernization of key platforms and services. This role requires a proactive leader who will leverage data-driven insights to deliver the future of workplace infrastructure strategy through innovative solutions, providing domain expertise and operational excellence across multiple technology platforms. With a focus on delivering business value, you will participate in initiatives that support the global expansion of Workplace Technology services and optimize endpoint management services ensuring that technology solutions meet the evolving needs of the workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for leading a team of external partners in maintaining the digital workplace technology. Leads/participates on programs as assigned at the workstream level via hands on execution leveraging domain expertise, supporting the program risks and issues, service SLA’s and communications with manager and peer stakeholders. Ensures timely delivery of new capabilities and functionality, managing vendor partners and project resources to program milestones while adhering to IT development standards, the IT Change Control process, SOX controls/requirements, and IT Governance process/roadmap.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and cross-functional partners/team members in areas of accountability, results orientation, communication, collaboration, stewardship, technology, and business interface. Participate as a Subject Matter Expert across architecture and other related IT or business teams.
  • Consult with business partners and franchisees regarding workplace user experience (network, security, and/or application performance).
  • Partners with vendors on operational execution and SLAs.
  • Develops and maintains metrics that demonstrate and reinforce an efficient capacity model, measures operations, outcome attainment and alignment to the workplace technology strategy.
  • Provide domain support for critical issues, review challenges, propose alternatives, and provide guidance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree Degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience.
  • 5+ years working background in various technology disciplines - Private and Public Cloud, Networking, Storage, data center and store infrastructure, virtualization and containerization, security with PCI and PII, data center infrastructure, monitoring tools, automation and config management tools, IOT, endpoint devices, mobility and MDM, and service management tools.

  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others. Experience facilitating meetings with multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary.
  • Highly motivated self-starter; an evangelist for "doing things right" with a passionate desire to understand and deliver high quality solutions that meet customer needs.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. - The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
