Help shape and improve the product development process, representing engineering by communicating technical constraints, opportunities, and solutions;
Conduct regular training and coaching engagements;

Identify hiring needs, training and career progressions;
Ensure domains follow the best engineering practices, including reliability and performance of all internal systems;
Directly manage the relationship with Product and Business as main stakeholders to the domain;
Line manage several engineering teams as well as the engineering strategy within the domain;
Conduct technical risks management, and adjust the priorities and team execution accordingly.
5 years or more of experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications - OOP and SOLID principles;
5 years or more in managing engineering teams doing product development;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and individuals simultaneously;
Strong leadership qualities;
Extensive experience with software development processes and agile methodologies;
Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset;
Excellent management skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual;
Ability to understand existing codebase and expand to new product requirements;
English intermediate (B1).
