As Functional Lead Master Data you will be responsible and accountable for the alignment of the Master Data design, build and governance. You will define the master data management guidelines and standards in the respective area. It involves the creation, integration, maintenance, and governance of an organization's critical data assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the enterprise.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Identifies gaps and inadequacies in the Master Data processes and drives improvement, and optimization activities.

  • Ensure an effective governance process implementation, to monitor and assess Master Data management process efficiencies.

  • Ensures that processes to maintain and review data are maximizing the standard SAP functionalities and comply to the internal and external regulations.

  • Create/review/update process models and design controls to visualize and optimize master data related business processes.

  • Drives process and solution design, leveraging industry leading practices and system capabilities

  • Participate in change impact assessments to evaluate the effects of process changes on the business organization and enable the adoption of industry leading practices.

  • Accountable for ensuring that the computerized system supporting business process, and its operation comply with Sandoz requirements and fit for intended use throughout its useful life.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration cross functions.

What you will bring to the role:

  • University degree or adequate equivalent.

  • Active knowledge of English.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience of Master Data Management within the Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry (preferred).
