Our client is a leading provider of fast, high-quality windscreen replacements and repairs, with over 100 fitting centres and hundreds of technicians across Australia. They are the largest independent windscreen company, offering extensive coverage and a rapid response network.

Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide information on products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer service goals.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be solution-focused and service-oriented, as they will primarily be handling customer calls related to issues such as damages and incidents.

What's On Offer

  • An hourly salary of approximately $36 per hour plus superannuation.
  • All training will be on-site, but once fully trained, the role can be hybrid. The working hours offer some flexibility, and part-time options (around 4 hours per day) are available.
