Payroll Specialist with Italian

Location: Wrocław (hybrid) or Poland (remote)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the time tracking tool and oversee time and absence management. The role requires prior experience with relevant payroll systems, ideally EeTime , Replicon, Workday, ADP Global View, or other similar platforms. A solid understanding of Italian labor regulations and fluency in both Italian and English are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage time tracking tools for employees, ensuring accurate recording of time and absences.
  • Administer time and attendance systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Prepare and process payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Experience with signoff time tools and sending validated data to payroll run tools for processing.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Italian labor regulations and industry standards.
  • Address employee inquiries related to time tracking, payroll, and absences.
  • Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Apply if you:

  • have at least 1 year of previous experience working in Payroll and are seeking new and interesting development opportunities in this area.
  • are familiar with Italian labor law
  • know Italian and English (min. B2)
  • have MA or BA degree in Economics / Finance or other related areas.
  • are acquainted with the payroll system, familiarity with Workday, SAP/GlobalView, EeTime will be a plus
  • consider yourself a customer- and detail-oriented person with great communication skills.
