About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and help us maintain and grow our managed accounts business. You will be responsible for managing and expanding existing customer relationships – closing contract renewals and identifying and closing new opportunities. You will work closely with our pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition and benefits of our services to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management and product teams on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

What we are looking for:

  • An IT related degree or passion for technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud MSP tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience selling Azure cloud services, Microsoft Solutions or Networking and Connectivity solutions is desirable.
