Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Analytics and Tracking Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of our web analytics strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in tracking and analytics tools, coupled with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.


Core Tasks
:

  • Serve as an internal expert on web analytics tools and metrics, ensuring that web analytics is an integral part of the business

  • Work with stakeholders to maintain a record of what is being properly tracked and monitored and what is not, recommending priorities for adding new tracking and monitoring capabilities

  • Provide training and education of web analytics to various stakeholders within the organization

  • Work with other parts of the business on integrations between web data and other sources

  • Perform detailed analysis on visible trends or to support ad-hoc requests from stakeholders


Essential Requirements

  • 1-3 years of tangible Web Analytics Experience (beyond the Google Analytics Certification)

  • 1-3 years Google Tag Manager experience (Client and Server Side)

  • Experience in Data Visualization (through Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar)

  • Experience using Business Intelligence and Operational Intelligence tools

  • A/B and multivariate testing knowledge

  • Web technologies knowledge

  • Experience using Google Big Query

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL
