Job description

🚀We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to lead our talent acquisition strategy. The Talent Acquisition Director will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent, contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.


Location: Remote/work from home from anywhere in the following countries: Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, UK, Egypt, South Africa, Rwanda


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition managers to fulfill hiring needs across EMEA contact centers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the key objectives and priorities of each business unit.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across the company.
  • Implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Supervise recruitment specialists to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Monitor and report on progress toward goals and ongoing projects.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex talent acquisition matters.
  • Engage in task forces focused on HR and people-related initiatives throughout the company.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate teams, such as Learning & Development and Operations, to enhance organizational success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience leading large Talent Acquisition teams, particularly in high-volume, multilingual recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Strong background managing recruitment efforts in EMEA regions, including the UK, Greece, Poland, Egypt, South Africa, Bulgaria, and Rwanda.
  • Expertise in key Talent Acquisition and HR disciplines, such as marketing, talent assessment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Knowledgeable in HR systems, compensation structures, and data analysis.
  • Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse leadership and team members.
  • Ability to build trust with senior management and Director-level stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on performance tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Extensive understanding of the recruiting needs specific to the contact center industry.
  • Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in process improvement (White Belt or higher) and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
