Lime’s HRBPs are deeply integrated partners to the business who enable Lime’s leaders to build strong performance, engagement, and culture across their organizations. We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support key functions within Lime’s Tech organization, including Software Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Corporate Systems, Product, and UX. 

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting engineering organizations, and will use their knowledge and background to contribute at both tactical and strategic levels. This role will support the development and execution of an effective tech talent strategy that will accelerate business objectives and enable Lime to scale at a critical time in our journey. Additionally, you will be a natural bridge-builder, team player, problem solver, and sound counselor who demonstrates solid judgment and self-awareness.

This is a remote position based in the United States with a preference to hire in Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Portland, or Phoenix. This role reports to the HR Director for Global Technology & Supply Chain.

What you'll do:
  • Business Partnership - Provide strategic guidance to management and employees across a wide-range of HR matters spanning the full employee life-cycle, serving as a trusted advisor and coach while proactively translating business needs into effective HR solutions
  • Talent Management- Support the execution of cyclical talent processes, including annual performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent development programs
  • Collaboration - Collaborate as a thought partner to the business and with other People teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent & Culture. Total Rewards, People Ops) on a variety of talent strategies and programs, including employee engagement, organizational design, succession planning, change management, and compensation planning
  • Performance Management - Drive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development while managing employee disciplinary issues
  • Employee Relations - Manage ER issues and conduct effective, objective investigations
  • Data Analysis - Analyze trends and metrics related to employee engagement and performance, generating insights for talent retention and growth strategies
  • HR Support - Significant hands-on involvement in daily HR activity and ad hoc projects

  • About you:
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience within a rapidly growing technology organization
  • 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting large engineering organizations
  • Experience supporting client groups in a remote and global environment preferred
  • Proven ability to manage priorities among multiple stakeholders and reprioritize as needed in a high-velocity environment
  • Demonstrated experience using data to influence and inform decision making
  • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments 
  • Demonstrated business acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Experience within MS Excel or Google Sheets required 
  • Knowledge of G Suite/Google Workspace and Workday preferred 
  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $147,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
