We’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations, with a special focus on accounts receivables. This role offers a unique blend of financial expertise and music industry exposure. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth financial processes, providing critical insights, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. · Manage accounts receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments
· Perform general bookkeeping duties including data entry and reconciliation
· Assist with financial reporting and analysis
· Handle payables and other accounting tasks as needed
· Utilize Xero accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
· Significant experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably 5+ years
· Strong proficiency in accounts receivables management
· Familiarity with Xero accounting software
· Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
· Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
