Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Flexible 8 hours a day, with daily catch ups within the typical Central business hours
  • Potential for skill development in various business operations

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize email inbox, setting up filters and labels
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist with personal and business-related tasks
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and documents
  • Handle light bookkeeping and data entry tasks
  • Communicate effectively with the executive and other stakeholders
  • Provide reminders and follow-ups on important tasks and deadlines
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial software like QuickBooks
