Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM UK Time

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Sales Admin to support our growing number of projects. The role involves preparing contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and handling general project administration tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure these processes are completed accurately and efficiently, enabling the sales team to focus on client acquisition and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) for new and existing projects.

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation and administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contracts and SOWs.

  • Ensure all documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with client requirements.

  • Maintain organized records of contracts, SOWs, and related documentation.

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and project management teams.


Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or project coordination role.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
