Job Description

As an Outbound Sales and Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion by managing a high volume of qualified leads for both custom flooring projects and exclusive training programs. You’ll be the voice of the company, engaging with potential clients ranging from individual homeowners to businesses and contractors. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a niche, high-value service industry, combining technical knowledge with artistic flair. You’ll be instrumental in closing sales for training classes and setting up high-value appointments for custom flooring projects, directly contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, expertly presenting our custom flooring solutions and exclusive training programs
  • Utilize cutting-edge automation tools and CRM systems to qualify effectively and prioritize leads
  • Close sales for our sought-after training classes, articulating the unique benefits and addressing customer inquiries with confidence
  • Schedule in-person appointments for potential flooring clients, ensuring high-quality lead conversion and setting the stage for successful projects
  • Master and communicate the distinctive selling points of our premium epoxy flooring and specialized training services
  • Skillfully manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maximize conversion rates and drive business growth
  • Leverage automated pre-qualification data to tailor your approach to each prospect, ensuring personalized and effective communication
  • Provide insightful feedback on lead quality and market trends to our marketing team, contributing to the refinement of our strategies
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM, ensuring seamless follow-ups and data-driven decision-making

Requirements
  • Proven track record in outbound sales or appointment setting, ideally within a service-based or luxury goods industry
  • Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Demonstrated aptitude for understanding and explaining technical or artistic concepts to a diverse range of potential customers
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and automated sales tools, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Quick learner with a genuine interest in epoxy flooring techniques and artisan training programs
  • Thrives in a performance-driven work environment, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent English speaker with clear pronunciation and excellent listening skills
  • Flexibility to potentially work weekends (Wednesday to Sunday) as the business expands to capture more sales opportunities
  • Ability to handle both B2C (individual homeowners, aspiring artists) and B2B (businesses, contractors) leads with equal proficiency
