Available locations: This position is open to candidates in Brazil and India (Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional objectives, user stories, and architectures for the AI platform.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it meets stakeholder needs.
• Ensure transparency and visibility of the product backlog to the team.
• Collaborate with the team to define stories with acceptance criteria and tests.
• Review and re-prioritize the backlog for iteration planning.
• Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners within the Software Organization.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
• Ensure the platform remains flexible and scalable.
• Work cross-functionally with other product areas and teams across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and cross-functional teams.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and listening skills.
• Experience in developing customer-focused virtual assistant solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and capabilities.
• Ability to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
