Job Summary

As a Senior Data Engineer (12634), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

Data Pipeline Design and Development
Data Profiling and Quality Management
Profile the loaded data in Snowflake to identify duplicate records and anomalies.
Implement data quality checks and enforce business rules to ensure data integrity.
Deduplication and Matching Algorithm
Data Transformation and Business Rules Implementation
Collaboration and Documentation

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
Professional/ Advanced English skills.
+5 years of experience.
Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data pipeline development.
Hands-on expertise in Snowflake data warehousing and SQL.
Experience with Salesforce data extraction and integration.
Proficiency in data profiling tools and techniques.
Knowledge of matching algorithms and deduplication strategies.
Solid understanding of data transformation principles and ETL/ELT processes.
Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data (e.g., JSON, XML).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
