Location: Chile (Remote)
Time zone: Working with Argentina and Chile

Key Responsibilities - You will do:

  • Manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable.

  • Communicate with clients to follow up on overdue payments.

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

  • Prepare and send invoices.

  • Provide regular reports on receivables status to management.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
     

Requirements - You will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • English language proficiency - Advanced/bilingual

  • Oracle knowledge or experience (A PLUS)
