Job description

We are seeking an experienced Content Lead 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content: Write compelling content for key clients in a wide range of formats including text posts, images and videos, for multiple platforms, that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with its target audience.
  • Develop and execute on brand voice: Craft and develop our clients’ voices, optimizing content for performance across channels, including social media, blogs, email, etc.
  • Lead our content team: Provide guidance to content writers to produce compelling, effective content for various formats and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the creative, paid media, SEO, and project management teams to ensure cohesive outputs and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee content quality and deadlines: Ensure all deliverables meet Freitag Marketing’s high-quality standards and are delivered on time, maintaining content excellence across projects.
  • Track and report on content performance: Use data to assess content effectiveness and put together reports for clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, with ideally one year of experience leading a team (must-have).
  • Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal (must-have).
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, especially content marketing, SEO, and social media.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with an ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities..
  • Experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with content management and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience with AI and automation tools for workflow and content optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for content planning.
